Born in Aquitaine in the sixties
My grandfathers and parents were producers of fruits, vegetables, cereals and milk. All my childhood has been punctuated by the countryside seasonal events.
All the products and animals patiently cultivated and raised in the farm were on the family table as seasons passed, lovingly cooked by my great aunt Marie, who had been one of the cookers of the famous Mauriac family in Bordeaux.
My carreer as an international lawyer allowed me to sit at the tables of many countries and many chefs. For me, great chefs have the same process of research of quality and authenticity wherever they are.
Back in Aquitaine, I realized that this quality and this authenticity was threatened. I wanted to become an ambassador of the products « made in Aquitaine » and of the numerous talents that still exist there.
I now want to share my passion with you and help you better understand the identity and the flavours of the South West products.
